The Only Real Challenge Is the One That Will Change You

The real challenge isn’t having a plan.

It’s doing it.

It’s not making another plan.

It’s not downloading another program. It’s not saving another workout.

It’s not collecting more information about what you should do.

The challenge is actually implementing it.

Executing it.

Doing the work.

That’s why I host training programs that I challenge you to complete.

That’s why I host Fighterdiet practices that I challenge you to practice.

Because it’s never just about the book.

It’s never just about the program.

It’s about what you DO with it.

A workout plan is a plan.

Your body doesn’t know that you downloaded it.

Your muscles don’t grow because you read it.

Your strength doesn’t increase because you understand what you should be doing.

You don’t build muscle by thinking about training.

You build muscle by training.

You don’t get the results from the workouts you intended to do.

You get the results from the workouts you actually completed.

That is what makes today’s training day so important.

Every training day you seize becomes part of what you are building.

Every workout completed is training you actually gave your body.

Every repetition performed is a repetition that actually happened.

You can plan for tomorrow.

You can promise yourself you’ll do it next week.

You can design the perfect program for next month.

But none of those future training days can do today’s work for you.

The only training day you actually have is today.

That’s what SEIZE THE TRAINING DAY means.

It isn’t about having the perfect workout.

It isn’t about never modifying a program.

It isn’t about proving that you can suffer through something just because it has the word “challenge” attached to it.

The real challenge is to take the plan and actually practice it.

Show up.

Modify when you need to.

Push when you can.

Complete the training day.

Then do it again.

That’s how a program becomes more than information.

That’s how knowledge becomes practice.

That’s how training becomes results.

The 4-12-1 | 100 REPS Training Challenge has started.

4 weeks.

12 workouts.

1 goal.

Seize the training day.
