WHAT’S THE HARDEST PART OF BODY TRANSFORMATION?

The hardest thing is to get started.

The second hardest thing is to keep going.

And the third hardest thing is to not go backwards.

THAT’S WHY I KEEP IT SUPER SIMPLE.

I seize the training day.

I eat to get lean and stay lean.

And I focus on not overthinking or complicating things.

For me, the daily practice of diet, training and mindset is the whole point.

Not some end-goal date in the future when I’ll ”finally look the part.”

THERE ARE NO STRONG BODIES CREATED UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF WEAK MINDS.

My muscles don’t care if my mind is in the mood to work for what I want.

Because at the end of the day, there are no strong bodies created under the supervision of weak minds.

That’s why I coach the mind that builds the strong body.

So What is the easy part of a real body transformation?

You don’t even need to go to the gym to start.

You just need to seriously want to change. Not just dream about it.

If you’re dreaming of a body transformation—to build muscle and get lean—let’s start with the mind.

And then let the body follow.
