Coaching Terms & Conditions
Purpose
These Coaching Terms & Conditions apply specifically to private coaching services provided by Pauline Nordin. They work together with the website's Legal Terms & Privacy Policy.My goal is to provide clear expectations so we can focus on your progress rather than administrative details.
Coaching Relationship
Coaching is a collaborative process. I provide education, guidance, accountability, and individualized feedback based on the information you provide.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, health, and participation.
Coaching Eligibility
Private coaching is available to clients who meet the current coaching eligibility requirements described at the time of purchase.
Coaching Period
Communication takes place through the approved coaching channels provided after enrollment.
I personally review and respond to all client communication and aim to respond within 48 business hours. Response times may be longer on weekends, public holidays, during periods of intensive program development and content creation, or while traveling.

Your coaching package is intended to be completed within the coaching period stated at the time of purchase.
Coaching works best through consistent participation. Packages are not intended to remain open indefinitely.

Inactive Coaching
If you stop participating for an extended period without prior agreement, any unused coaching services may expire according to your purchased package.
If unexpected life circumstances arise, please contact me as soon as possible. Reasonable extensions may be granted at my discretion.
Scheduling & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Coaching sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without prior notice, are considered completed and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
This policy exists because coaching appointments reserve dedicated time in my schedule that cannot typically be offered to another client on short notice. Thank you for respecting both my time and the time reserved specifically for you.
Client Responsibilities

Results
Coaching cannot guarantee specific physical, financial, or health outcomes.
Your results depend on consistency, effort, recovery, lifestyle, and many factors outside my control.
Payment
Coaching fees must be paid in full before coaching services begin unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Your coaching period begins on the agreed start date and is governed by these Coaching Terms & Conditions in effect at the time of purchase.
Refund Policy
Because private coaching reserves dedicated time, individualized planning, and personal support specifically for you, coaching purchases are generally non-refundable once purchased, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Force Majeure
If coaching services are temporarily interrupted due to illness, technical issues, travel disruptions, or circumstances beyond my reasonable control, coaching sessions may be rescheduled as soon as reasonably possible.
Such circumstances do not constitute a breach of these Coaching Terms & Conditions, and every reasonable effort will be made to continue coaching as soon as practical.
Respectful Communication
Coaching is built on mutual respect.
I reserve the right to discontinue coaching if communication becomes abusive, threatening, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate.

These Coaching Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. The current version will always be available on this page.

How long do I have to complete my coaching package?

What if life gets in the way?
Please contact me as soon as possible. When appropriate, I may grant a reasonable extension.
Can I pause my coaching?
Pauses are considered individually and are not guaranteed.

Can someone else use my coaching package?
