KIND WORDS & HIGHLIGHTS
FROM MY FITNESS LIFE
This playlist is a collection of kind words I've received over the years from clients I've coached, people I've trained and worked with, colleagues, and others whose paths have crossed mine throughout my career. Some are about my coaching. Some are about my work. Some are simply memorable moments of appreciation that I wanted to preserve.
A NOTE OF GRATITUDE
Some of the greatest gifts I've received throughout my fitness life have been the kind words people have taken the time to share with me.
I never expect anyone to record a video, write a review, or speak publicly about me or my work. That's why these moments mean so much to me.
Some of the people featured here I've coached. Some I've trained with, worked with, learned from, or simply crossed paths with during different chapters of my life.
Every word was given freely, and I'm grateful for every one.
There are also countless messages, conversations, and moments of appreciation that were never recorded. Those mean just as much.
Nearly three decades in fitness have given me an extraordinary collection of people, places, experiences, and memories.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of the journey.

PEOPLE, MOMENTS & MEMORIES
I came to America with a fitness dream.
I wanted to train at the Mecca, be around the best, learn from the best, and live right in the middle of the bodybuilding and fitness world I had admired from Sweden.
And I did.
I came. I trained. I flexed.
I met incredible people, trained in legendary gyms, worked with people I had once only known from magazines and television, and somehow ended up with a whole lot of pictures of us flexing together.
Some I worked with. Some I trained with. Some became friends. Some I simply met along the way.
And apparently, if you stood next to me long enough, eventually I made you flex.
I had a dream. I went after it. And I got to live it.
I came. I trained. I flexed. I learned. I met incredible people.
It was the fitness dream I came to America to live. And I lived it!
