That’s what many say when I mention diet.
I get it. Neither do I.
But FighterDiet is not a meal plan, it’s a system based on nutrition strategies combined with mindset training.
I created FighterDiet to succeed at getting lean and stay lean for life.
You don’t have to copy what I eat, you just need to get educated on how to eat using my program.
When it comes down to it, you want to get healthy and lean and stay lean.
You also want to enjoy your diet or you won’t stick to it.
So that’s my point with FighterDiet.
Love your diet or leave your diet.
Diet means way of life.
